I am happy to share Thich Nath Hahn's walking medition with you all. Let us gather and enjoy this wonderful practice of coming home to the present moment with each step, and taste the support of the earth and the collective energy of mindfulness.

We start with a little guided meditation to land in the body, then we walk for about 40 minutes in silence, and to conclude our session with space for sharing.

Practical information

We gather every friday evening at 18:30 at Strandslag 10 (zuiderstrand, The Hague), and every wednesday morning at 9:30 at the Paleistuin (city centre of The Hague).
