WALKING MEDITATION

I am happy to share Thich Nath Hahn's walking medition with you all. Let us gather and enjoy this wonderful practice of coming home to the present moment with each step, and taste the support of the earth and the collective energy of mindfulness.

We start with a little introduction, then we walk for about 40 minutes in silence, and to conclude our session we can share our experience with each other.

Practical information

We gather every monday evening at 19.30 at Strandslag 10 (zuiderstrand, The Hague), and every thursday morning at 9.30 at the Paleistuin (city centre of The Hague).
